Introduction: Precision casting silica sol is a high-purity, high-stability nanoscale silicon dioxide aqueous sol. It serves as a critical binder for shell mold preparation in investment casting (lost-wax casting) processes. Its nano-sized SiO₂ particles (typically 10-30nm) form stable colloidal dispersions in water, exhibiting excellent penetration, binding strength, and high-temperature stability.

It needs 30% silica solid content with high purity,extremely low impurity levels to ensure casting surface quality.Low viscosity can make good fluidity, easy coating and penetration, excellent filling performance for complex cavities.

Usage:Silica sol is the preferred binder for ceramic shell preparation in investment casting, widely used in the production of high-precision complex castings for aerospace, automotive, energy, medical, and other industries.
