Introduction:Fully synthetic cutting fluid is a high-performance, environmentally friendly water-soluble metalworking fluid. Unlike conventional emulsified oils or semi-synthetic fluids, it contains no mineral oil. It is formulated entirely with synthetic lubricants, anti-rust agents, surfactants, and other additives, and appears transparent or translucent when diluted.

It has long-lasting stability,strong antibacterial resistance, resistant to rancidity and odor. With proper maintenance, it can remain in service for extended periods without replacement.

Usage:· Compatible Materials: Carbon steel, cast iron, tool steel, aluminum alloys, copper, titanium alloys, and even hard-brittle materials such as semiconductors and ceramics.

· Typical Processes: Turning, milling, grinding on CNC machines and machining centers, as well as medium- and slow-speed wire EDM. Particularly suitable for large-thickness (over 300mm) and large-taper workpieces – cutting efficiency can be improved by 50%–100% compared to conventional EDM oils.

How To Use:Dilution Ratio: General cutting: 5%–10% (dilute with 10–20 parts water); grinding: 3%–4%.

· Important Notes: Avoid mixing with other types of cutting fluids. Top-up fluids should also be prepared at the correct dilution ratio.
